Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
Order processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, your order will be verified, approved, and packaged. After this, the shipment will be prepared for transportation.
Shipping time
Spain / International (depending on standard logistics): 5–10 business days
Shipping is carried out through the relevant postal service.
All delivery times exclude possible delays caused by customs procedures. During high-demand periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Your order can be tracked through the tracking page available on our website. To do so, click on the “Track Your Order” option in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate packages.
