Information about the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods, if you have ordered one or more products in a single order and they are delivered together;
-
on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final product, if you have ordered multiple products in a single order and they are delivered separately.

You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this page, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed upon. In no event will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until:

we have received the returned products; or
-
you have provided sufficient proof that you have returned the products,
whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the products back before the end of this 30-day period.
The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the consumer.
You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the products if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the products.
Exclusions and loss of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:

the supply of products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

the supply of products that may deteriorate or expire quickly;
-
the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, but delivery can only take place after 30 days and where the value depends on market fluctuations;
-
the supply of newspapers, magazines, or publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal also expires early for contracts relating to:

the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been opened after delivery;
-
the supply of products that, after delivery and due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods;

the supply of sealed audio or video recordings and computer software where the seal has been opened after delivery.
